As a proud Canadian Indigenous enterprise, we fully recognize the historical challenges the Indigenous Peoples who have long inhabited Canada before us have encountered.
As a member of the community, one of our focus areas is advancing Truth and Reconciliation. We eagerly anticipate propelling our progress forward within our company through the implementation of an action plan. This plan prioritizes fostering alignment through education, advocating for the employment of Indigenous Peoples, and contributing to the well-being and economic growth of Indigenous communities.
We are committed to voluntarily collecting self-identification information to monitor and enhance Indigenous representation within our organization.
Additionally, we support organizations aligned with Indigenous-led conservation efforts, which is why we have a collaboration with MPC Solutions Canada who strongly support our Indigenous heritage.
Furthermore, we endorse an Indigenous inclusion employee group network. This network aims to engage with Indigenous colleagues and allies, catalyzing positive change across our organization.
